*) FinanzAdmin Wertpapierdienstleistungen GmbH, Mauerbachstraße 4 Top 3, 1140 Vienna, is a partner licensed under the Austrian Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018) for advice on and the intermediation of financial instruments. In this field of activity, AP Pointner Finanz Ltd. & Co KG acts as a vicarious agent (Erfüllungsgehilfe) of FinanzAdmin pursuant to Section 1313a of the Austrian Civil Code (§ 1313a ABGB) and acts in the name of and for the account of FinanzAdmin. Furthermore, the affiliated, independently operating financial advisers and securities intermediaries (Ing. Rudolf Adlmanninger) act as vicarious agents of FinanzAdmin pursuant to § 1313a ABGB and in the name of and for the account of FinanzAdmin. Please also note the “ESG declaration” (ESG-Erklärung).
